Steps: Set Up Embedded Fetch

To use this feature, you must subscribe to the necessary SKUs:

For Embedded Internal Fetch:

The IDP (SSO Provider) must be the same between Workday and HiredScore.
Using Workday HiredScore’s Embedded Fetch functionality, you can perform individual and bulk actions on leads (up to 15 at a time) directly from the job requisition in Workday. This feature is only available on job requisitions that are Fetch-enabled in HiredScore.
Embedded Fetch is available only in Production tenants.
  1. Configure these domains in the Recruiting functional area:
    Domain
    Controls Access To
    Candidate Communication
    Send Message
    and
    Invite to Apply
    options.
Administrators should confirm that the relevant users have permission to access this feature:
    • The users (HiredScore licence holders such as recruiters/sourcers).
    • The expected recipients (such as hiring managers).
    Candidate Pool: Manage Membership
    Add to Pool
    option.
    Candidate Data: Sharing
    Share with Colleague
    and
    Share with Hiring Manager
    options.
    Candidate Data: HiredScore Fetch
    Contact Worker’s Manager
    option.
  2. Configure message and notification templates for the
    Send Message
    and
    Invite to Apply
features using the Workday notification framework. For more information on this functionality, including notification templates, see Send Message and Invite to Apply on Community.
    To receive communications through the
    Send Message
    and
    Invite to Apply
features, candidates must first opt in. Workday recommends that you use the
    Confirmed Opt-In Email Status
report field to confirm that candidates can receive these messages.
You can now carry out bulk or individual actions on leads directly in the Workday UI from a job requisition that is Fetch-enabled in HiredScore.
