How to Use HiredScore Adoption Reporting
Workday HiredScore adoption reporting provides you with access to key metrics and visibility into HiredScore license utilization. Using embedded analytics, adoption reporting enables you to:
- Identify trends with actionable insights.
- Measure product usage for Fetch and Spotlight.
- Monitor and track adoption.
You can drill down on data for segmented time periods to review trends by date, week, month, and year. You can also compare data month over month. Example: To compare data from the last 6 months, set your date range to the last 6 complete months and your time period segmentation to month.
You then can review the totals for users who:
- Use HiredScore in the specified date range.
- Haven’t logged into HiredScore in the specified date range.
- Have never logged into HiredScore.
- Access theReportstab in your HiredScore account.
- Select the date range and time period segmentation for your report.
- Select the user region and location.
- In theUser Permissionssection, select 1 or both of these options to determine the persona metrics for the report:
- admin
- user
- ClickUpdateto generate your report.
