Set Up Salesforce Connector for Contract Lifecycle Management and Contract Intelligence

  • Ensure your Salesforce organization meets these requirements:
    • Use the Enterprise or Unlimited editions of Salesforce. You can verify your Salesforce edition in the
      Company Information
      section in
      Setup
      .
    • Use Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Sign in to Salesforce with an administrator account and create a dedicated Salesforce service account specifically for installing and managing the Managed Package. This practice ensures continuity and prevents disruptions due to user account changes or deactivations.
  • Sign in to Contract Management and Document Intelligence with administrator access and create a dedicated administrator account for the Salesforce Connector. Sign out and then sign in with the new account.
The Salesforce Connector for CLM and CI integration establishes a two-way synchronization between Salesforce and Contract Management and Document Intelligence. It allows documents to flow from Salesforce into Contract Management and Document Intelligence. The document intelligence fields and provisions return to Salesforce. Salesforce can then serve as the system of record for searching and reporting on sales contract data.
  1. In the Salesforce AppExchange, access the
    Evisort Contract Intelligence for Salesforce
    .

when asked to grant access to users.
    2. If an
      Approve Third Party Access
      screen pops up, select
