Set Up Two-Way Connection Between Salesforce and Contract Management and Document Intelligence

By connecting Salesforce to Contract Management and Document Intelligence and enabling Contract Management and Document Intelligence to call Salesforce APIs, you can establish a two-way connection to share workflow tickets, documents, and document metadata.
Contract Management and Document Intelligence API keys don’t expire, but Workday recommends that you periodically replace your API keys to maintain optimal security.
    In Workday CLM & CI
  1. Sign in with the Salesforce Connector admin account and set up an API key in Contract Management and Document Intelligence.

    page, for the first time, go to the section
    Evisort Admin App - Create Named Credential

  4. Click
    Go To Salesforce Setup
    .
  5. Click
    New Legacy Named Credential
    from the drop down.
  6. Create a new item named

  9. Click
    Check Validation
    to test the connection to Workday CLM & CI.

  11. Sign in with the Salesforce Connector admin account, and connect to Salesforce through OAuth.
    1. Access the
      Integrations
      tab in the Admin Console.
    2. Access the Salesforce integration from the
      CRM/Sales
      tab and click
      Connect a Salesforce Account
      to add the Salesforce organization and grant permission to Contract Management and Document Intelligence.
