The user interface includes these key features:

The

Document

tab provides an overview of the contracts on your account. To configure the

Document

tab, see Create Custom Views.

When clicking into individual documents, Contract Management and Document Intelligence populates the
Overview
tab with key information, such as the type of agreement, parties involved, and renewal details.
The
Contents
tab displays the document content. As you scroll through the document, you can edit the metadata and view a summary of key clauses highlighted by our AI.
The
Key Clauses
tab shows you a summary of the highlighted key clauses. For details, see Manage Clauses.
The
Versions
tab displays the document history. See Manage Document Versions.
Download
button enables you to download the contract.

The

Search

tab enables you to search and report based on your contract metadata, such as expirations and indemnification clauses. We recommend you save your reports for future use.

You can also configure automatic email notification alerts based on data in your documents.

The

Dashboards

tab provides visibility into contract intelligence and generation. Contract Management and Document Intelligence generates documents, expirations, open tickets, and completed tickets. You can also save your dashboards.

The

Workflow

tab streamlines contract creation and workflow approvals, enabling businesses and their employees to quickly submit time-sensitive documents to legal, contract, and procurement teams. It also gives managers full visibility into the approval process.

The

Automation

tab provides users more visibility and control over their bulk tagged clauses. It enables users with admin permissions to track and manage clauses created through Quick AI. You can tag a clause in 1 contract and find similar language across all your contracts. You can also identify clauses that are unique to your business.

The

Admin

tab enables you to add and edit users, manage departments, set up email intakes, customize data fields, and configure integrations.
