Concept: System Requirements

You can use Contract Management and Document Intelligence on these browsers:

We recommend that you use an internet connection with a speed of 1 MB/s or greater and a device with 16 GB of RAM or more.
Contract Management and Document Intelligence is accessible on mobile. However, mobile browsers aren't the focus of the quality assurance team and we recommend that you don't use them for normal use.

Syncing Requirements

Before implementation, identify and consolidate documents. Add your documents by uploading them directly or through a cloud system integration.
To integrate and sync the documents with Contract Management and Document Intelligence, you need a cloud storage account with 1 of our supported cloud system providers, along with a storage account. We offer a self-service sync tool that enables admins to configure the sync. See Set Up Document Synchronization with EviSync.
Contract Management and Document Intelligence supports these cloud systems:

Language Support

Contract Management and Document Intelligence fully supports English across the platform. For non-English documents, results may vary depending on the feature:

The platform interface and key system emails are available in English, French, German, and Spanish.
Date, number, and monetary values format dynamically based on the user's selected Preferred Locale.
OCR Processing, Search, and Ask AI
Available in languages using Latin alphabets.
AI models to extract key terms
Standard AI fields and clauses are available for extraction in English. Additionally, 13 Standard AI fields and 9 Standard AI clauses are available for extraction in French, German, and Spanish.
Custom AI models
Field name and instructions configuration are available in English, French, German, and Spanish.
AI drafting tools
Automated redlining and clause creation are available in multiple languages, subject to the capabilities of the underlying LLM.
Clause Creator requires the document text and instructions to be in the same language for best results. If they are different, the output matches the instruction language.
