概念︰Customer Central
Customer Central 是獨立的 Workday 用戶，旨在簡化和集中部署流程。它提供了一個平台，供實行者和客戶用來執行以下操作的工具︰
- 管理用戶。
- 比較用戶之間的資料。
- 使用 Object Transporter 在用戶之間移轉配置。
- 使用 Object Transporter 從配置型錄移轉 Workday 預定義的內容。
- 使用 Object Transporter 控制可移轉安全配置套件的人員。
- 使用原廠預設配置增強用戶功能。
- 管理實行者和客戶帳戶。
從 2018 年 1 月起，Workday 會自動為新客戶提供 Customer Central 用戶。年資客戶可在 Workday Customer Center 提出申請。請參閱 「用戶管理要求」 以取得詳細資料。在這兩種情況下，都可免費使用 Customer Central。
Customer Central 不是服務的一部分，儲存在 Customer Central 中的資料不屬於客戶資料。
