步驟︰設定 Customer Central 科目
Customer Central 是單獨的 Workday 用戶，旨在簡化和集中部署流程。Customer Central 用戶包含名為 wd-tenantowner 的預先配置帳戶。wd-tenantowner 帳戶會配置 2 個必要的帳戶，而 Customer Central Administrator 會配置 Customer Central User 帳戶︰

- 此帳戶可用於處理密碼重設和安全性設定維護等任務。您也需要此帳戶來限制可使用物件傳輸器移轉安全配置方案的人員。對於您使用任何其他科目管理的功能，您透過此科目管理的功能集是唯一的。因此，您用於此帳戶的使用者名稱必須不同於您在 Customer Central 或其他用戶中使用的帳戶使用者名稱。當主要 Customer Central 安全管理者無法使用時，請考慮建立第二個安全管理者帳戶做為備份。
- 使用此帳戶來建立和管理 Customer Central 使用者帳戶，以及其他 Customer Central 管理者帳戶。若要使用物件傳輸器進行移轉，來源、Customer Central 和目標用戶的帳戶使用者名稱必須相同。當主要 Customer Central Administrator 無法使用時，請考慮建立第二個 Administrator 帳戶做為備份。
- (選用) 以 wd-tenantowner 的身分登入 Customer Central，並存取維護 Customer Central VCR Managers任務。VCR 經理可控制哪些帳戶必須先登入 Workday 的 VCR 環境，才能取得用戶的存取權。Workday 建議在用戶擁有者帳戶到期前，每個部署都至少指定 1 位 VCR 經理人員。選取要新增至 Customer Central VCR Restriction Manager 群組的 1 或多個科目。
- 為實行者或客戶建立 Customer Central 使用者帳戶。若要使用物件傳輸器進行移轉，來源、Customer Central 和目標用戶的帳戶使用者名稱必須相同。如果您已為自己建立 Customer Central Administrator 帳戶，則不需要此帳戶。
- (選用) 以安全管理者的身分登入 Customer Central，並存取轉換 Customer Central 使用者帳戶任務。選取您要轉換的科目分類，然後選取特定使用者。您可以將科目分類從實行者轉換為客戶，反之亦然。轉換科目分類時，權限和科目角色的變更僅適用於 Customer Central 用戶，不適用於其他用戶。
- (選用) 停用用戶擁有者帳戶。當您不再需要 wd-tenant 角色時，請將其停用。wd-tenantowner 帳戶會在 Workday 將憑證提供給客戶 60 天后自動停用。在此之前建立其他必要的科目。
