概念︰Customer Customer Central使用者

當指名的支援聯絡人申請Customer Central用戶 ()時， Workday會在指定的維護時段內建立該用戶 ()，並提供 wd-tenant擁有者憑證。Workday會將這些憑證傳送給申請者以及任何其他具名的 NSC 或用戶經理人員。您必須使用 wd-tenant擁有者帳戶建立 2 個其他必要, 必填, 必修帳戶︰

Customer Central管理者帳戶建立後即可建立Customer Central使用者帳戶。Customer Central管理者不必為自己建立Customer Central使用者帳戶。

Customer Central安全模型

Customer Central採用獨特的安全模型， Workday會在該模型中自動設定您無法變更的特定角色和權限。此模型表示單一帳戶不能有多個角色。

Customer Central Administrator 帳戶具有使用者帳戶的所有權限。Customer Central管理者不需要為自己建立Customer Central使用者帳戶。

安全管理者帳戶可存取一組專注於安全性的單獨功能。這些功能與屬於中央管理者或使用者的功能集無關。您可以指定一個安全管理者帳戶為Workday認證實行者，將其限於Workday Virtual Clean Room (VCR)。不過，這麼做不會像中央管理者那樣讓帳戶存取其他僅限實行者專用的功能。
