建立 Customer Central 管理者帳戶
Customer Central 需要管理者帳戶才能管理使用者帳戶。如果您建立 Customer Central Administrator 帳戶來管理使用者，則不必為自己建立 Customer Central 使用者帳戶。
- 以 wd-tenantowner 的身分登入 Customer Central。使用 Workday 提供的密碼。如果您已經建立了第一位 Customer Central Administrator，請使用該帳戶登入。
- 存取「建立 Customer Central 管理者」任務。完成此任務時，請參考以下說明︰
選項 說明 此使用者是否為 Workday 認證實行者？不要勾選此核取方塊。如果沒有此實行者帳戶類型，Customer Central 管理者就無法從 Customer Central 起始這些任務，但可以從其他用戶起始︰- 建立配置方案
- 建立安全性配置方案
使用者名稱將此使用者名稱與其他用戶中的個人帳戶 ID 相符。若要使用配置目錄或物件傳輸器，Customer Central 要求個人在各用戶間必須具有相同的帳戶 ID。
建立至少 1 個備份 Customer Central Administrator 帳戶。
