Steps: Set Up Student Talent Portfolio
Skills and experiences are components of the student talent portfolio, stored on a student's profile. Adding skills and experiences for students enables them to update their skills and experience in Workday. This also provides a central location for you to view and track important student talent data for reporting purposes. Before you can assign a skill or experience to a student, set up these components.
If you’re using Workday HCM, values set up in each of the skills and experience components will apply to both workers and students. Consult interested stakeholders to avoid impact to existing configurations.
