Steps: Set Up Contract Lifecycle Management

You can set up Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) so you can manage CLM supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle and automatically create procurement contract records.
  1. On the
    Innovation Services Opt-In
     task, select the
    Document Intelligence
     service on the
    Available Services
     tab in the Cross Application Services category.
    You might need to take additional steps to enable this feature depending on your organization’s subscription service agreement. For more information, see this Community article.
  2. Set up supplier contract types.
  3. Set up the User Provisioning Workspace for CLM and Workday Strategic Sourcing.
  4. Set up the
    Buyer Hub
    .
  6. Enable workflow builder.
  7. Set up workflows for CLM supplier contracts.
    In the
    Integrations
    section, enable the
    Workday Procurement
    integration. See Steps: Set Up Contract Lifecycle Management Workflows.
