Create Predictive Scheduling Calculations

You can create 1 predictive scheduling calculation for your tenant. Workday uses the calculation to create penalty time blocks for workers when their schedule is changed without sufficient notice.
To use Predictive Scheduling, you need both the Time Tracking and Workday Scheduling products.
  1. Access the
    Create Time Calculation
     task.
  2. From the
    Calculation Type
     prompt, select
    Predictive Scheduling Calculation
    .
  3. In the
    Groups
     tab, add time calculation group snapshots with the appropriate effective dates to specify which workers are eligible for the calculation.
Configure criteria for the calculation using the
Create Predictive Scheduling Rule Sets
 task.
