Configure the Benefits and Wellbeing Wallet

You can configure and display program cards targeted to specific workers on the
Wallet
page of the Benefits and Pay
hub. See: Reference: Benefits and Pay Hub. Workers can then easily view their benefits information on their mobile devices, enabling them to access their benefits information on the go.
- Access theCreate Benefit ProvidersorEdit Benefit Providerstask.Select theBenefit Program Partnercheck box.
- Provide the benefit program partner with the request information that they use to import wallet data.
- The End Point URL: Run thePublic Web Servicesreport and locate thePut_Worker_Benefit_and_Wellbeing_Wallet_Cardsweb service. From the related action, selectWeb Service→View WSDL. Go to the end of the file and locate the WSDL ID link.
- TheBenefit_Provider_Reference: Access theBenefit Providertask and find the benefit provider you want. From the related action, selectIntegration ID→View IDs.You can also find this value in theProvider IDfield on theBenefit Providerreport.
- TheCoverage_Type_Reference: AccessBenefit Coverage Typesreport and select the coverage type that you want. From the related action, selectIntegration ID→View IDs.You can also find this value in theCoverage Type IDcolumn of theMaintain Benefit Coverage Typestask.
- Access theMaintain Benefit and Wellbeing Wallettask and configure theWalletpage on theBenefits and Payhub.As you complete the task, consider:
Option Description (Optional)Wallet Page OverridesEnter a custom page label and description. The label displays as the title of theWalletpage of theBenefits and Payhub.Section Overrides- Enable the sections that you want to display on theWalletpage and optionally enter custom display labels for each section.
- (Optional) Enter custom instructional text.
(Optional)View Details OverridesEnter a custom label for theAdditional Informationlink. Example: Related Information. - (Optional) To customize theWallettab label that displays in theBenefits and Payhub, access theMaintain Hubstask.Select theCustom Hub Navigationoption from theActionsmenu next to theBenefits and Payhub.ClickOverridenext toWalletand update the name.
- Configure and import worker-specific card details using these web services:
- Put Worker Benefit and Wellbeing Wallet Cardsfor a single card type. The request includes theCard ID,Benefit Provider,Coverage Type,Plan Name,Opt In Preference Link,Logo, andWorker ID.
- Bulk Import Put Worker Benefit and Wellbeing Wallet Cardsfor multiple card types. The request includes theCard ID,Benefit Provider,Coverage Type,Plan Name,Opt In Preference Link,Logo, andWorker ID.
This step is for the benefits program partner.Because thePlan Namefield is an attribute, Workday recommends that the name used by the benefit program partner matches the benefit plan name in Workday.When the program partner imports the card into the worker's wallet, Workday displays a generic card until the worker links their account. When the worker changes their opt-in display preference on the partner's site, the provider can then update worker cards with detailed information. - Audit workday wallet data.Use theThis step is for the benefits program partner.Get Wallet Opt In Preferenceweb service to retrieve a list of the workers who have opted-in to wallet cards.The benefits program partner can run audits to confirm that Workday displays the detailed cards for the correct workers compared to the partner's own records.
Workers can now access the
Wallet
page in the Benefits and Pay
hub to view their specific benefits cards.
