Register RPIC Identifiers in Workday

Register RPIC Identifiers in Workday

You can register RPIC identifiers which connect your Workday tenant to the Visa corporate card feed through Astrada, a Workday subprocessor. This enables you to receive real-time authorizations from Visa. Workday only receives authorization data after you register the RPIC identifiers.
  1. Navigate to the
    Configuration
     drop down menu of the sidebar menu.
  2. Click
    Webhooks Framework
    .
  3. Click the
    Maintain Real Time Transactions
     button to start registration for new RPIC identifiers.
  4. Add a new row to the
    Network Configuration
     table.
  5. Enter the Region ID, Processor ID, Issuer ID, Company ID (RPIC identifiers) that you would like to register for Astrada.
  6. Select the
    Acknowledge
     check box to confirm that the RPIC identifiers details will be shared with Astrada and VISA.
  7. Click
    OK
     to begin the registration process.
  8. Click the
    Refresh
     button to update the page to check on the status of the registration.
    It can take a few hours for the card program associated with the RPIC identifiers to register and receive real-time authorizations.
Once Workday registers the RPIC identifiers, the webhook status changes to
Active
. After the registration is complete in Visa, the
Network Registration Status
 field updates to
Yes
.
