Set Up Webhooks Framework Hub

Set up corporate card feed with Mastercard or Visa.
You can create a security policy that enables your security groups to configure and manage webhooks with external third-party systems. You can then add the
Webhooks Framework Hub
 to your sidebar menu. This provides a centralized location where you can navigate to the
Maintain Real Time Transactions
 task. This task enables you to register Network Registration IDs and enroll your credit card program to receive real time authorizations.
  1. Access the
    Create Security Policy for Domain
     task.
  2. Select the
    Expenses Third-Party Configuration
     option from the
    For Domain
     prompt.
  3. Select the
    Confirm
     check box and click
    OK
    .
  4. Navigate to the
    Report/Task Permissions
     grid and add a new row.
  5. Add any unconstrained security groups that you would like to have access to the new onboarding task.
  6. Select the
    Modify
     check box to allow the user group to be able to access the new onboarding task.
  7. Click
    OK
    .
  8. Access the
    Activate Pending Security Policy Changes
     task to activate the security policy.
  9. Click
    Menu
     on the Workday homepage to open the sidebar menu.
  10. Click the
    Add
     button at the bottom of the menu.
  11. Search for
    Webhooks Framework
     in the search bar and add it to the menu.
You can now access the
Maintain Real Time Transactions
 task from the
Webhooks Framework Hub
, enabling you to register Network Registration IDs and enroll your credit card program to receive real time authorizations.
