Keep or Remove Specific Items from Your Report
- An existing Google Sheets report with Adaptive Planning data.
- Report includes expansions or managed hierarchies. See Expand Parent Elements or Manage Dimension Hierarchies.
- Security:Access to Workday for Google Sheetspermission
After creating a report, you can use these options to see more or less data in the report:
- Keep Only: Keeps only the selected elements from the expansion or managed hierarchy of the parent element as a custom managed hierarchy
- Remove Only: Removes only the selected elements from the expansion or managed hierarchy of the parent element as a custom managed hierarchy
You can select:
- Contiguous or non contiguous elements.
- Elements that are part of a single expansion or managed hierarchy.
A custom icon displays for the parent element in the Workday add-on. You can change or remove the custom hierarchy using the
Manage Hierarchy
option for that element- Open an existing Adaptive Planning report in Google Sheets.
- From the Google Sheets toolbar, click . The Workday add-on displays.
- click .. The Workday add-on displays.
- In the spreadsheet report, select some dimensions that exist as part of an expansion or managed hierarchy.
- In the Workday add-on, selectKeep OnlyorRemove Only.
