Add Time Periods from Alternate Calendars
- An existing Google Sheets report with Adaptive Planning data.

You can add time periods from the default calendar and from each alternate calendar when the instance has more than 1 calendar. You can have a maximum of 1 default calendar and 3 alternate calendars.
The Time tree lists each calendar that exists on the instance. If the instance has only the default calendar, the tree matches the calendar you already use.
You can mix time periods from more than 1 calendar on the same report. Elements use the names from Adaptive Planning.
Expand, collapse, keep, remove, and manage hierarchy apply to the calendar you selected for that element. Selecting a period on 1 calendar does not select the same-named period on another calendar.
Workday locks rollup cells for alternate-calendar time the same way it locks other rollups. You can writeback leaf cells that Adaptive Planning treats as editable. Workday saves those values to the matching calendar. If you change a locked rollup, a refresh replaces the cell with data from Adaptive Planning.
- Open an existing Adaptive Planning report in Google Sheets.
- In the Workday add-on, addTime.
- Select a calendar, then select the time periods to add.Add time again to include periods from another calendar.
- ClickRefresh.
The builder and the sheet show the period names from Adaptive Planning.
