You can use these options to explore the data in your report for add hoc analysis:
- Expand and Collapse
- Manage Hierarchy
- Keep Only and Remove Only
You can use the
Reset
option in the Workday add-on to remove any expansions, managed hierarchies, formatting, or data that you add to your reports. This is helpful if you need to get the reports back to the original state. - Expand parent elements to see the contributing child elements in the report.
- Manage the dimension hierarchies to see more or less data in the report.
- Keep or remove elements from existing expansions or managed hierarchies to see more or less data in the report.
