Specify Drilling Options for Reports

When building reports, you can define drilling options for the data in the reports. Report
users can then drill down into the report details using the defined options.
Example: A report displays GL accounts for FY2023. If you select Level as a drilling
option, users can view the accounts data by different levels in the model.
If you don't specify any drilling options, report users see all available dimensions
and attributes as drilling options for the report. Drilling using some of the
options might not produce valid results.
- Go toReports.
- Start a new matrix report or run an existing report and clickEdit.
- From the toolbar, clickReport propertiesand then clickDrill.
- Select the dimensions and attributes by which users can drill into the report data.
- ClickApply.
