- Configure theEmployment Agreementbusiness process policy.Configure the business process policies for theEmployment Agreementsubprocesses you want to configure:
- Pre-Hire Collective Agreement Details
- Pre-Hire Contract Details
- Pre-Hire Probation Period Details
- Pre-Hire Notice Period Details
- Propose Compensation Offer/Employment Agreement
- Request One Time Payment Offer/Employment Agreement
- Request Stock Grant Offer/Employment Agreement
You can only configure these subprocesses on theEmployment Agreementbusiness process.To initiate a hire from the related actions menu of an employment agreement, configure theHire Employeeinitiating action for employment agreements on theHirebusiness process. - Edit Business Processes.
- Access theEmployment Agreementbusiness process.
- Add steps for the relevant subprocesses.
- (Optional) Configure theGenerate DocumentandReview Documentsteps to generate and view employment agreement documents in PDF format.
- AddMake Employment Agreement Decisionas the completion step.
- (Optional) Access theView Business Process Templatereport.From the related actions of the Employment Agreement business process type, select to start tasks from configured subprocesses at the same time.Security: These domains in the System functional area:
