- Create competencies.
- Create the rating scale or the proficiency rating scale.
- Security:Set Up: Employee Reviewsdomain in the Performance Enablement functional area.
- Access theConfigure Employee Review Templatereport and clickConfigure Sections.
- Add theCompetenciessection and clickConfigure Sectionin the grid.
- Select theSection Configurationoptions.
- Select theItem Contentoptions.
- Add at least 1 competency.
- Select theRatings and Commentsoptions.
