Concept: External Administrator

This topic explains what the external administrator access is and how their access control group works. Visit Concept: General Access Control Groups to learn about general access, and Setup Considerations: Access Controls to learn about the access control functionality at a higher level.

Overview

The
External administrators
access control group enables consultants from outside of your organization to configure and set up Peakon. This includes the surveys, integrations and attribute settings.
External administrators are required to set up 2FA authentication once they're added to your Peakon tenant. You can revoke their access to your tenant on the access control group.
While external administrators can configure surveys, they cannot receive or take surveys themselves, including test surveys.
Visit Add External Administrator for information on how to set up the access for external administrators. Note that these users are not required to be added as employees in Peakon.
