Remove Manually-Set Segment Managers in Bulk

Permisions:
  • Segment management access
  • Manage segments
     (only available to All employees and Specialist company-wide access groups)
You can remove manually-set segment managers in bulk. Example: You've manually assigned a large number of office locations to managers and now you need to remove this access as your company has changed its strategy. You can bulk remove these segments from manager access for the whole attribute.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Attributes
    .
  2. Open the attribute that contains segment managers that you want to remove.
  3. Click the vertical ellipsis and select
    Delete managers
    .
  4. Confirm in the pop up that displays.
