Import Employee Record Time Zones

Import Employee Record Time Zones

Security:
View employees
and
Update employees
.
Setting the time zone on employee records ensures that the survey notification can send at the set survey time in the employee's local time zone already from the first survey round. You must set employee record time zones at the latest 1 day before the survey round opens.
See Bulk Update Employee Language if you want to set time zones individually or in bulk within the user interface.
If you don't set the employee time zone, the survey will use certain fallbacks to inform itself on when to send the notification. See Concept: Survey Send-Out Time for examples on the different fallbacks.
