Edit Onboarding and Exit Question Timings

Peakon suggests the most relevant time for each employee when using our suggested timings. To edit a question timing, ensure the new timing set will be relevant for the employee.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Question Library
    .
  2. Select the question set that contains the question timing that you need to edit. Example: Onboarding or Exit.
  3. Click
    Edit
     on the question that you need to edit.
  4. Select a
    Number
     and
    Unit of time
    .
  5. Update
     changes.
  6. (Optional) You can bulk update question timings for all questions on a driver. Click
    Edit timings for this driver
     on the driver that you need to edit.
  7. Select a
    Number
     and
    Unit of time
    .
  8. Update
     changes.
The new question timing is effective immediately.
