Set Up Question Timings

With Rule Based Questions, you can configure the question timing for the
Onboarding
 and
Exit
 questions sets when using a weekly survey schedule.
When you set up the question timing, Peakon automatically adds suggested optimal timings for each question. However, you can customize the timings to fit your organization’s processes.
    You can bulk enable questions for both Onboarding and Exit. For Onboarding, you can only bulk edit question timing at the driver level. All questions must have at least one rule, but you can now delete rules for Exit questions. For custom questions, manually set the question timing on the
    Edit
    Configure question timing
     section of the question.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Question Library
    .
  2. Open either the
    Onboarding
     or
    Exit
     question set.
  3. Select
    Add question timing
    .
  4. A confirmation modal appears to confirm your choice. Select
    Add question timing
    .
  5. (Optional) Select
    Edit question timing
     next to a question to modify a specific timing.
  6. (Optional)
    Update
    .
You have now set up the question timing for the
Onboarding
 or
Exit
 question sets.
When you view the
Frequency
 tab on the survey schedule set up page, the options to set up the driver or sub-driver frequencies for Moments that Matter now appear as
Employee-timed
.
