FAQ: What Are the Criteria For Low Participation Emails?

You can receive a low participation email if you meet all these conditions:
  • The
    Receive low participation emails
    permission is active in the access control group that you're in.
  • You manage a segment, multiple segments, or even the company level view.
  • One of the views you manage has met the low participation threshold, and it is above the visibility threshold. See Reference: Manager and Administrator Facing Emails for more information on low participation email thresholds.
Each context that you manage will receive a separate low participation email, if it meets the low participation threshold during a survey round.
The low participation email states which context it relates to, which is useful to note if you manage multiple areas. Example: You manage your own team, but also have access to company level results. The email also states the participation of that specific survey round at the time of the email send-out. This information isn’t the same as the aggregated participation, which relates to participation throughout your visibility window.
