FAQ: Why Didn't I Receive a Digest Email?
Organizations can choose whether their leaders should receive digest emails daily when they have due notifications or as a dashboard summary at the end of the round. See Concept: Digest Email Notifications for more information.
Automatic Digest Email
You receive the daily digest email if all conditions are true at 06:00 UTC when the email triggers.
- You're in an access control group that's active.
- The access control group that you're in has access to dashboard enabled.
- Your dashboard meets the data visibility threshold.
- You have due notifications.
End of Round Digest Email
You receive the end of round digest email if all conditions are true at 06:00 UTC when the email triggers.
- You're in an access control group that's active.
- The access control group that you're in has access to dashboard enabled.
- Your dashboard meets the data visibility threshold.
- Your dashboard has gone through the recalculation process of strengths and focus areas.
