Peakon uses employee names in survey emails to show that survey links personal and to try prevent employees from forwarding their survey link, which could result in someone else completing the survey on their behalf.
Although Peakon uses employee names in survey emails, your name doesn't display on your scores or comments in the user interface to protect your identity.
