FAQ: If It's Confidential, How Do I Receive Comment Replies?
If enabled by your organization, managers and senior leaders can respond to employee comments and have back and forth conversations with employees while the employee remains confidential.
Each comment has a unique comment ID that links to the employee's survey token, which enables Peakon to send the comment reply to the correct employee. Peakon sends comment acknowledgment or reply emails with a random delay.
When an employee receives a comment reply, the email reiterates that their response is confidential throughout the conversation. Employee's responses in a conversation display as anonymous in Peakon dashboards.
When an employee responds to a manager-initiated conversation, their response displays exactly as they've written it. We recommend keeping this in mind when considering how to respond to a comment. Example: Try avoiding any jargon that is specific to you.
