FAQ: How Do I Access the Survey Without a Work Email Address?
Your company can send the survey using SMS or they can use kiosk mode, which enables employees to access the survey using their unique credentials.
If your company is using kiosk mode, they will communicate the generic survey link and the method that employees should use to access their survey. Example: A unique code or your employee ID and first name.
When you answer the survey using kiosk mode, your scores and comments remain confidential as usual. It's only possible to answer each survey round once, however you can reset your survey responses by accessing the survey again using your credentials.
