With this release, we update the filtering experience in Workday Peakon to provide more granular control over your data.We are decoupling sub-drivers (questions) from the primary driver dropdown and placing them into their own dedicated filter.

We moved sub-drivers from the driver dropdown into a separate, dedicated

"Sub-driver"

filter. This update is available across the following areas:

Impact Report
Administration > Actions
Improve
Semantic search

For instances created on or after March 31, 2026 (flexible listening question model), the new filter is labeled

Workday Peakon is making enhancements to the product to bring greater flexibility and simplicity. We are moving outcome questions to a dedicated section located directly beneath the main score. This structural change ensures that the primary drivers of engagement are distinct and easily identifiable.

We moved outcome questions to a standalone section positioned under the main score on all core question set dashboards.For instances created on or after March 31, 2026 (flexible listening model), we updated the label from

“Outcomes”

to

“Questions”

to align with the new model’s naming conventions.

We update the German survey text to ensure the most precise and natural phrasing for employees.
