Workday is streamlining the Peakon question library to provide a more flexible and simplified question model. As part of this evolution, we are changing the availability of the COVID-19 question set for new instances and customers who do not currently have the feature enabled.

Effective March 31, 2026, Workday makes these changes to the COVID-19 question set:

New Instances: The COVID-19 question set is no longer available for any Workday Peakon instances created on or after this date.
Existing Customers (Not Enabled): If you do not currently have the COVID-19 question set enabled, you can no longer request to enable it after this date.

Existing Customers (Enabled): You can continue to use the question set if it is already active in your tenant. However, if you request to disable the question set after March 31, 2026, it cannot be re-enabled.
