Workday updates the question editing experience in Peakon to provide a cleaner, more intuitive interface for administrators.We replace multiple, separate warning banners with a single, consolidated description on the

Edit Question

slide-in panel.

The 3 individual warning banners have been consolidated into a single, cohesive information block positioned at the top of the Edit Question slide-in panel. This provides immediate context about how edits to questions can affect historical data and survey translations. Additionally, the form layout has been improved by reducing vertical scrolling on the edit page.

We update the phone number login verification screen to provide clearer instructions and improve the user experience for employees logging into Peakon through their mobile phones.

The verification screen now displays a message indicating that the verification code expires in 5 minutes.The system now automatically converts user input for the verification code to uppercase, ensuring the entry matches the required code format.
