We’ve improved the account setup process to automatically activate a broader set of features for new customers, and have extended these updates to existing customers in the Production and IMPL Peakon environments.

We update all Peakon instances to automatically include the following add-ons:

Access
by Question Set
: This feature is now enabled by default. It includes access control group toggles that grant access to each question set under the
General
access control tab.
Specialist
Access
: This section is now activated for all Peakon instances. It supports the configuration of Specialist access control groups. For more details, refer to Concept: Specialist Access Control Groups.

Review the list of translation updates for each language. Share this information with relevant users in your organization to ensure they are aware of the updates and can address any potential questions.

Translation updates will automatically apply to your surveys and dashboards. Customized survey translations will remain unaffected.

We will introduce a new UK-based hosting region on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for Workday Peakon.

Workday now supports a UK-based hosting region for Peakon. While there are no changes to the Peakon user interface or functionality, this update allows new tenants to select the UK as their hosting region during onboarding.For existing customers requesting a move to the UK region, Workday Peakon creates a new, empty instance upon request. Because we cannot migrate data or configurations across regions, you are responsible for reconfiguring settings in the new instance. Note these requirements:

Configurations and historical data do not move to the new instance.
Workday Peakon deletes your original instance 30 days after the new instance is created.
You can access your initial instance for 30 days to assist with manual reconfiguration.
You must ensure survey rounds are inactive during the transition.

New customers can select the UK hosting region upon tenant creation via Customer Care.Existing customers must submit a Customer Care case via Workday Community (Area:

). Upon request, Workday Peakon can provide paid professional services for the manual export of historical data or reconfiguration of the new instance.

New tenants will continue to be hosted in existing US or EU regions by default if the UK region is not requested. For existing customers, no changes occur to your current hosting location unless you initiate a request.

Workday will deliver updated translations for the Workday Peakon Employee Voice interface to improve clarity and terminological accuracy for Japanese-speaking users.

We will update the Japanese translation for "Exit" where applicable, to ensure it correctly reflects the context of employee attrition and survey navigation.The updated translations on the personal dashboard and within surveys are:

New: 退職 (Exit/Retirement)
