Custom Company Drivers

Coming Soon
.
We introduce Custom Company Drivers, a new way for administrators to create, manage, and view tailored company themes or initiatives directly in Workday Peakon.
You can now group survey questions from different question sets that measure a specific strategic theme or initiative, giving you greater flexibility in how you listen to and analyze employee feedback.
You can now create custom drivers by combining existing standard Workday Peakon questions and new custom questions. This lets you measure your choice of strategic topics, such as
Manager Effectiveness
,
Company Culture
, or
Psychological Safety
, using questions from multiple Workday Peakon question sets.
Custom Company Drivers support any 0-10 scaled question from across the product. Peakon aggregates these questions into a single driver score, which appears across the platform wherever driver results are shown, including Heatmaps, Curated Insights, driver pages, and the All Scores view.
We also introduce new access control permissions for viewing and editing custom drivers.
Your Company question set is now renamed to “(Company Name)
Custom Company Drivers
”. This updated naming appears throughout the platform and is visible to anyone with access to the question set.
Peakon rolls out this feature in phases. After you create or update a custom driver, scores may take a few minutes to populate across all segments and reporting views.
To create a new Custom Company Driver:
  1. Go to
    Administration
    >
    Questions
    > (Company Name)
    Custom Drivers

  4. Create a new custom question
    or use

You will have to enable access to individual new Custom Company Drivers within Access Control permissions.

AI Custom Drivers

Coming Soon
.
We introduce AI Custom Drivers, a generative AI feature that assists administrators in creating tailored survey questions by analyzing measurement goals in plain text.
You can now describe a specific measurement goal, such as "burnout risk" or "innovation culture," in plain text to receive automated question recommendations.
The feature uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to perform semantic analysis on your input, mapping your goals to the most relevant questions within both the standard Workday Peakon library and your company’s custom questions. The system proposes a curated list of 3-5 questions that best match your intent.
You have full control to review, accept, edit, or reject any suggestions before they are included in a custom driver.
You can access this functionality when creating or editing custom drivers within the
Administration
>

Questions
settings.
If you wish to opt out from utilizing this feature, you can do so on
