Enhance Phone Sync on Peakon Workday Integration
With this update, we enhance the usability, clarify the logic, and increase flexibility and control over the data you import when you sync phone numbers between Workday and Peakon.

Phone number sync options | On the Workday sync page, we replace the existing phone number checkbox sync options with a single Phone check box. When you select the Phone check box, you can now select from these sync options:

Work and home phone number precedence | When you select both the Work and Home phone number check boxes, the primary work phone number takes precedence when you sync phone data between Workday and Peakon. |
Private numbers sync | We now enable you to more easily exclude private employee phone numbers when you also select work or home numbers. |
Priority Driver User Interface on Dashboards
We replace the copy on the button that displays next to suggested priority drivers from 'Reject suggestion' to 'Dismiss'. The purpose of the change is for the copy to be more reflective of the functionality, enabling you to dismiss the suggestion temporarily (you can still set the driver as a priority at a later point).
Priority Driver Notifications
With this release, we enable leaders to decide whether to send a notification to employees of the priorities that they're setting. This provides leaders with more control in how they manage their Peakon dashboard and communicate with their team.

Priority setting slide-in panel | We move the driver priority configuration pop up to a slide-in panel to support our upcoming work on improving feedback features. This is also a continuation of our previous accessibility efforts of moving pop ups and hovers to slide in panels, providing a consistent user experience. |
Priority driver notification configuration | Within the slide-in panel that displays when you set a priority, we add the option to select whether to send a notification on direct reports segments. This can help alleviate notification fatigue when setting multiple driver priorities in segments with a large number of employees. |
Peakon Mobile Application Sign In
With this release, we make the first steps in extending the Peakon mobile application to deskless employees.
We add a 'Log in with phone number' button on the mobile application sign in screen. The button will display for all users that haven't signed into the application, however only employees from customers in the Early Access programme will be able to authenticate using their phone number until we release this functionality into general access.
Survey Results on Personal Dashboards
With this release, we continue improving the personal dashboard experience for survey participants by displaying survey scores, actions and priorities on all segments that they're part of within the reporting hierarchy. This will help drive further transparency, and provide more meaningful team insights for employees whose direct teams are below the visibility threshold.

Survey results from teams above direct manager | We display results from the teams that are above an employee's direct manager and for the overall company on the Your Teams section in the Overview tab. Example: The regional manager's wider team that the survey participant is part of. A manager's card will display if they have set at least one driver priority. Actions of the additional teams will display on the associated driver pages. The team segments will abide by the confidentiality settings that your organization has set. We also add those teams as filter options to the Ratings drop down menu on the Your Survey Results tab. This enables survey participants to compare their own scores to those of their wider team and organization. Additionally we separate the direct team and organization comparison that was previously available in a single view, to accommodate for the multiple team options. |
Access control permission | We add a new access control permission 'Data for teams above direct manager' in the Personal Dashboard permissions within 'Individual' type access control groups. This permission enables you to control whether to display the additional information on survey participant personal dashboards. We also replace the existing permission 'Compare to company scores' with 'Organization data' and the permission 'Compare to team scores' with 'Direct manager’s team scores' for more clarity. |
Driver Priorities for Non-Engagement Access
We decouple the 'Access to manage priorities' permission from the engagement question set. This means that administrators will no longer get an error when they try to enable this permission for access groups without the engagement question set.
