Languages on Dashboards and Surveys
With this update, we continue expanding our language capabilities by adding new manager dashboard languages and enhancing existing survey translations.

Existing translation update for Czech | We remove any mention of recipient first names in the greeting from survey notification emails and Slack survey notification messages in response to customer feedback. Example: 'Dobrý den, {first name}! ' is now 'Dobrý den!'. |
Existing translation update for French | We change the 'Thanks for your feedback, and for helping us make {{company}} a better place to work. You can close this window now.' message at the end of surveys from 'Merci de nous avoir aidé à faire de {{company}} un meilleur lieu de travail. Peakon Mobile Application - Miscellaneous Updates
With this release, we improve the mobile application by adding new language support, and enhance the notification experience in manager dashboards.

Warning Message in Survey Schedules
With this release, we improve the survey scheduling area for administrators by proactively warning administrators to check that their organization's access permissions align with their survey scheduling configuration.
We add a warning message if you select the Values question set in a survey schedule without also selecting the Engagement question set. This is because results from the Values questions only display in manager dashboards and question score pages if they also have access to the Engagement question set. The warning is non-blocking, and its purpose is to prompt administrators to verify that leadership has access to the Engagement question set results.
Peakon Benchmarks
We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2023 Q3.
Attributes User Interface
We display a slide-in panel with configuration options instead of an empty field when you add a new segment within an existing attribute. This enables you to add the segment, set its localization and advanced settings (Example: Restricting the segment or adding a segment logo) in a single view, consistent with the slide-in panel when editing existing segments.
We also display a slide-in panel when you create a new hierarchy or edit an existing hierarchy, for an improved and more consistent user experience.
Notifications on All Reports Dashboards
The slide-in panel that displays when setting a priority now offers the option to notify employees of All Reports segment dashboards. The email notification now sends to all employees in the segment, regardless of whether they have a personal dashboard. For employees using the personal dashboard, clicking on the notification now redirects them to the category detail page on their personal dashboard.
Survey Schedules User Interface
We gray out the Save Changes button on the Frequency page of survey schedules when you enable a question set that has no active questions.
The Schedule Summary area on the Frequency page additionally states that there are no questions to answer.
This prevents administrators from sending a survey without any questions. The update applies to these question sets:
- Company questions.
- COVID-19 questions.
- Values questions.
- Open-ended questions.
Heat Map Exports
With this release, we continue improving Peakon reporting capabilities for administrators and managers by enhancing the look and feel of the heat map export with these changes:
- Header cells display in bold.
- Font type is now Arial.
- Cell colors align more closely to those in the product interface.
- No cell borders.
- Larger font and cell size to improve the readability of the export.
- The attribute name displays underneath the segment name.
