User Interface for Comments in Peakon Mobile Application for iPhone

With this update, we enhance the iPhone mobile application to simplify the user experience on the comments page.

We add a sticky header with a search bar and filters on the comments page for managers. This removes the need for managers to scroll to the top of the tab to access the search and filter options.

Validations on Peakon Workday Integration

With this update, we add new validations when you connect and launch Peakon's integration with Workday, saving you time and effort while helping to prevent errors.

Validations on WPEV to Workday Connection.	We add validations for incorrect or invalid Integration System and Organization IDs on the WPEV to Workday integration when you select Save or Sync All, helping you to prevent input errors.

Peakon Historical Industry Benchmarks

With this release, we update the benchmarking data that's available in the user interface, improving its precision in the context of historical survey scores.

The Score Over Time graph on manager dashboards now displays historical benchmarks with their associated dates, when displaying scores from previous survey rounds. This ensures that the difference to benchmark for historical scores remains as it was at the time, when Peakon updates benchmarking data.

Peakon Benchmarks

With this release, we update external benchmarks to now include the latest industry data from 2023. This can help you to understand your employees’ behavior as well as how your organization is performing against competition. We update industry benchmarks on Peakon with the most recent data from 2023 Q1.

We remove the Consumer Discretionary industry benchmark.

Miscellaneous Enhancements - Peakon Administrator Experience

With this update, we enhance the user experience for Workday Peakon Employee Voice administrators.

New Functionality Title	New Functionality Description
View all new employees in survey round.	We add a See All Employees button on your Company employee pages, enabling you to view and select any new employees you added for inclusion in your survey round.
Validation warning for blank survey sender field.	We add a validation to warn administrators that, when they schedule a survey but leave the Survey Sender field blank, Peakon selects the first administrator from your organization's list of administrators as the survey sender, helping you to prevent errors on surveys.
Customize access group list order with drag and drop.	You can now customize the order in which you want your access control groups to appear in the access groups list on the access control page using a drag and drop icon, enabling greater control over your access control groups.

Peakon Integration System User User Name and Password Labels

With this update, we continue to improve the Workday/Peakon integration user experience, helping to prevent connection errors when you sync employee data.

For clarity, we change the User Name
label on the Workday connector page in Peakon to Integration System User (ISU) Username (Required)
to help avoid input errors when connecting the integration.

Peakon Integration System ID and Sync Included Fields

With this update, we further improve the Workday/Peakon integration user experience.

We add an error validation message on the Workday integration in Peakon when you:

Select the Sync Only Included Employees
option and select Save
, but fail to also enter your Integration System ID
.

Select Sync All
to manually run a full sync with the Sync Only Included Employees
option selected, but without entering your Integration System ID
.

We also add error messages to the error log report on incremental integrations when your configuration includes the Sync Only Included Employees
option but without an Integration System ID
.

Peakon Dashboard Interface on Landscape Tablets

With this release, we update the user interface on landscape tablets to enable the dashboard to display in its full width.

We move the dashboard navigation menu items into an expandable sidebar menu for landscape tablet users.

Long-Press on Comment Cards in Peakon iOS Mobile App

Mobile app personal dashboard users can now long-press on a comment card to reply or go to the associated driver.

Question Score Dates on Peakon Personal Dashboards

We now display the date you've submitted the latest score to each related question, when you're in the dashboard of the associated driver within the personal dashboard.
