Peakon Integration Enhancements
With this update, we continue to enhance the user experience for Administrators when you connect and launch Peakon integrations, saving you time and effort while helping to prevent errors.

Change sync switches to checkboxes. | For a more consistent and user-friendly experience, we now organize the options for attributes that you can sync between Peakon and Workday into these categories and change the selection method from switches to check boxes:

Sync queued event notification. | We add a new integration event notification to inform Administrators that, when you select a full sync on any Peakon HRIS integration page, the sync has initiated and placed in the queue to begin syncing. |
Sync progress notifications. | We add a new integration event log that displays the numbers of employees synced so far between Peakon and Workday incrementally for every 5,000 employees, enabling you to view the progress of full and incremental integrations. |
Peakon Driver Priorities
You can now accept or reject suggested priorities for these non-engagement question sets:
- Health and wellbeing.
- Diversity and inclusion.
You can also now set your own priorities on any driver across all question sets, including Values.
Peakon Mobile Application User Interface
We now display suggested resources for driver priorities on the Improve tab in the mobile application.
Manager Dashboard User Interface
The name of the driver on driver cards is now clickable, enabling you to easily access driver dashboards. The hover with contributing questions is now a slide-in panel, which you can select from the vertical ellipsis on the right side of driver cards.
Values Question Set Enhancement
We set the character limit that you can use in descriptions and translated descriptions of Values to 4,096 characters to better align with description character limits across Peakon.
Peakon Survey Notifications on MS Teams
With this update, we continue to invest in scaling our application to support the needs of enterprise customers. These changes help improve successful survey delivery in Microsoft Teams.

Survey round closed card. | We no longer display the Survey Round Closed card. We now display this information within the survey modal after the survey round is closed, for users who didn't complete the survey. |
Survey reminder notification. | We now send a separate survey reminder notification, instead of updating the initial survey notification into a reminder. |
Personal Dashboard Overview Page
With this update, we continue improving survey insights on employee personal dashboards.
We add these enhancements to the Overview page on employee personal dashboards:
- A card for each question theme that the employee has responded to, providing an easy overview across all question sets.
- A Your Team section that displays the priorities your manager has set, across all question sets.
- A box that displays your survey and comment statistics.
- Information on how privacy is handled.
