Personal Dashboards

With this release, we improve the personal dashboard by updating its user interface and enabling scores from all driver question sets on the Your Survey Results page. This update enables employees to explore their own survey results past the Engagement question set, providing them a complete view of their survey results. Example: If your organization uses the Diversity & Inclusion question set, this now displays as an option in the Survey theme drop-down menu, enabling employees to access their scores for this question set.

Survey Scores for All Question Sets on Personal Dashboard	We add a drop down menu titled Survey theme, enabling employees to select the question set they wish to display. Each employee can select from a list of question sets that they have contributed to with at least 1 response.
Personal Dashboard User Interface	We update the user interface of the scores page on the personal dashboard to improve employee experience with these changes: The Your Scores page is now called Your Survey Results, in line with support for multiple question sets. The score comparison now displays as a drop-down menu, providing a more organized user interface. Related questions display on the dashboard of each driver or subdriver, providing context with the questions that contribute to the score. A slide-out panel displays information on the driver when you click 'What is this?' under the driver name, enabling you to learn more about the scores you're viewing. The order of driver score comparisons now starts with your highest rated drivers, to help you focus on the positive results when viewing the survey scores.

Action Plan User Interface on Peakon Mobile Application

With this release, we improve the user interface on the Peakon mobile application by introducing a quick access feature for manager action plans.

You can now long press on an action card to reveal an options menu, enabling you to display these options faster.

Personal Dashboard Navigation in Manager Dashboards

We update the Personal Dashboard icon in the navigation bar of manager dashboards to a link that includes the feature name, increasing the personal dashboard visibility to managers and administrators.
