Health & Wellbeing PowerPoint Presentations
With this release, we expand the question sets from which you can export your survey results into Microsoft PowerPoint. Now you can get an exportable overview of the insights, actions, and resources you can use to support health and wellbeing.
We add an Export button on health & wellbeing question set dashboards, equipping you with a conceptual data summary to present to your executives.
Peakon Benchmarks
With this release, we update external benchmarks to now include the latest industry data from 2022. This can help you to understand your employees’ behavior as well as how your organization is performing against competition.
We update industry benchmarks on Workday Peakon Employee Voice with the most recent data from 2022 Q4.
We introduce the Hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants & Leisure) benchmark industry. We also add Transformation and Change benchmarks for the Consumer industry.
Peakon Workday Integration Sync Failure Notification
With this update, we now notify Peakon administrators when integration data syncs fail to complete, enhancing the integration user experience while saving you time and effort.
We add a notification on Peakon integration event logs to inform administrators that:
- A technical failure prevented the integration from completing.
- Some records may still have synced.
Corrected Workday Records Sync to Peakon
With this update, we further enhance the user experience when you transfer employee data to Peakon from Workday using the integration, saving you time and effort.
We now update Peakon to reflect staffing hire correction events created in Workday when you transfer data from Workday to Peakon via the integration. Example: A correction hire event in Workday to a future date for an existing employee in Peakon will result in the employee being removed from Peakon.
Peakon Manager Onboarding Tour
With this update, we provide new managers with an overview of the main features and benefits of their Peakon manager dashboards. The onboarding tour provides insights into using Peakon to assess team sentiment, convert feedback into actions, and improve employee engagement.
