FAQ: Why Are the Engagement Score Cards Not Displaying On the Manager Insights Hub?

With the Manager Insights Hub, managers can gain visibility into team progress and actionable insights about their direct reports.
If the engagement score cards are missing, ensure that:
  1. You have selected the
    Enable Employee Engagement
     in Manager Insights Hub checkbox on the
    Edit Tenant Setup - HCM
     task.
  2. Managers have access to:
    • A Peakon dashboard that meets the visibility thresholds set by your organization.
    • The Engagement question set.
  3. Users have access to the domain
    Manage: Talent Optimization
     in the Manager Insights Hub, as this domain controls the Peakon cards.
  4. Add the
    Manager
     security group to the policy to grant the necessary permissions.
