FAQ: Why does different segment data show on the Manager Insights Hub?
The Manager Insights Hub (MIH) is designed to mirror the default segment that the Peakon user interface displays upon your initial sign-in. For example, when you access Peakon, the specific dashboard that you are automatically directed to is the same data view that populates within the MIH.
Currently, system behavior dictates that the first default segment visible in the Peakon UI is the segment utilized by the Manager Insights Hub. To ensure that you view your specific manager segment data on the MIH, you must set that segment as your primary default view within Peakon.
