Set Up BetterUp Integration

  • Administrator
     access in Peakon.
  • Administrator
     access in BetterUp.
Peakon's integration with BetterUp allows you to:
  • Notify managers in BetterUp whenever a survey starts and ends.
  • Automatically sync Peakon survey results into BetterUp, eliminating the need for manual uploads.
  1. In BetterUp, navigate to your
    Settings
    Integrations
    .
  2. On the
    Peakon
     integration card, choose
    Configure integration
    .
  3. A pop-up is displayed to confirm your choice. Click on
    Enable
    .
  4. Upon confirming, your credentials are generated. Copy the
    Webhook URL
    ,
    API Key
     and
    Secret Key
     provided.
    5. Copy your
    Secret Key
     and
    API Key
     and save it in a secure place. Credentials will only be shown once and will be hidden for security purposes.
  5. In Peakon, navigate to
    Administration
    Integrations
    .
  6. Choose the
    BetterUp
     tile.
  7. Click
    Connect
    .
  8. Enter the
    Webhook URL
     and
    API Key
    .
  9. Save
     changes.
The integration is now connected. Managers will receive automated notifications in BetterUp at the start and end of each survey and personalized coaching plans based on survey results.
