What It Is
You can create and configure survey schedules to launch surveys to your employees. Workday Peakon Employee Voice uses score aggregation with a rolling visibility window to ensure results reflect current employee sentiment.

Limitations
- Peakon methodology limits you from creating one-off surveys.
- It's not possible to unaggregate the survey data.
- Peakon only supports the 0-10 scale for answering surveys.
- Peakon doesn't support multiple choice questions.
