Concept: BetterUp Integration
Overview
You can set up this integration to sync survey schedule data into BetterUp and enable real-time survey notifications.
Once set up, Peakon automatically sends survey schedule data to BetterUp through a Webhook.
This integration provides BetterUp with timely and accurate updates on the survey hard closure, so that coaching plans are built for managers.
Configuration
To enable this integration, use the credentials provided by BetterUp. For reference, visit Set Up BetterUp Integration.
Sync
When the integration is connected, Peakon identifies employees in the survey round, retrieves their manager list, and filters for active managers meeting the visibility threshold.
We then send the final manager list to BetterUp for survey notifications.
Manager Experience
BetterUp actively notifies managers by e-mail when a survey round is hard-closed. This gives managers the option to either book a coaching session or reach out to their coach through the platform.
Managers who don’t meet the visibility threshold requirements or don’t have a valid email address in Peakon will not be notified.
The email addresses of the managers must match on both platforms.
