Mandate Single Sign-On

  • Configure and test Single Sign-On with your SAML 2.0 identity provider. See: Set Up Single Sign-On.

Mandating Single Sign-On enforces SSO authentication across your organization and removes local password login options from the sign-in workflow. When users enter their work email address on the Peakon sign-in screen, Peakon identifies the domain and automatically redirects them to your identity provider sign-in page. This removes the password prompt from the Peakon interface, preventing users from authenticating with direct Peakon passwords.
  1. Access the
    Single Sign-On
     tile in
    Administration
    Integrations
    .
  2. From the
    Require single sign-on
     prompt, select
    Everyone
    .
  3. (Optional) Select the
    Force authentication
     check box to require users to authenticate through your identity provider on every sign-in attempt, even if they have an active session.
  4. Click
    Save
    .
Workday Peakon Employee Voice disables local password login and redirects all user sign-in attempts to your corporate identity provider.
