Set Up Single Sign-On with Okta
Security:

If your employees have email addresses from multiple domains, you need to specify them on your organization's account for Single Sign-On (SSO) to work. Contact Customer Care for assistance.
You can set up SSO so your employees can sign into Peakon using their Okta credentials.
The Okta/Peakon SAML integration supports SP-initiated SSO and IdP-initiated SSO.
- Enable SSO in Peakon.
- Go to .
- ClickConnect.The page will now display SSO configuration fields. You will reference or add information to this page in steps 3-4.
- Add the Peakon app to your managed SaaS apps in Okta.
- In Okta, go to your applications and search for Peakon.
- Add the Peakon application to your Okta instance.
- Configure the Peakon app in Okta.
- On the Peakon app in Okta, select theSign-Ontab and clickEdit.
- Enter the company subdomain and company ID portion from theEntry IDfield in Peakon into theCompany subdomainand theCompany IDfields in Okta.Example: When the Entry ID ishttps://kinetar.peakon.com/saml/101/metadata, then the company subdomain iskinetarand the company ID is101.
- Finish the setup on the integration page in Peakon.
- Enter theSSO Login URLfrom your Okta Admin app.
- Download the certificate from your Okta Admin app, and upload it to theCertificatefield in Peakon.
- ClickSave.
- Test single sign-on.
- Sign out of Peakon, then sign back in using your work email address and continue.
- Peakon should redirect you to the single sign-on page in Okta, then redirect back to Peakon.
Users can now sign in to Peakon using Okta by following these steps:
- Go to your organization’s Peakon URL.
- Enter their email address and pressContinue.
- Peakon will authenticate through Okta, and redirect the user to their Peakon dashboard.
